About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ICD-10 and CPT coding of professional services and clinic ancillary visits. Responsibilities also include reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy between documentation, charges and assigned codes. Assist with internal and external reports. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to work in our Medical Coding department.
Remain proficient in coding and billing guidelines and work closely with other departments within the clinic.

Flexible Schedule:
- 5+ 8 hour shifts with a half day off per week
Work is performed in an office environment.
Desired Education, Certifications and/or Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Prefer AAPC or AHIMA certification and/or previous coding experience preferred
